Origins

Access All Music was an idea conceived in the minds of Geoff Pearce and Malcolm Bell while attending the 2010 Midem Festival  in Canne. They were discussing the framework of a possible internet based music hub which would profile and represent the great wealth of upcoming talent in the UK. Geoff, a lecturer in Birmingham’s prominent College for Performing Arts, noticed that many young musicians are frustrated, perhaps rather paradoxically,  by the lack of music services available in this digital age. After a few  glasses of wine.  both were agreed that this was a worthy balance that needed to be restored.

It is perhaps true that the online digital revolution has forever changed the way that the music business operates. The accessibility of music online from a variety of  outlets has in reality made many people in the music industry redundant. Never before has music been so easily accessible and immediately available. But in reality, artists still face the same problems. How does a talented musical outfit make ground in the music business.

It is not enough for an artist to self produce and trust that they will get the necessary ‘hits’ on their YouTube account. This obviously happens from time to time, but this is the exception rather than the rule. The problem is hundreds of thousands of artists are competing on that same playing field. In order for an artist to be successfull and stand out, comes down to good sound representation. Lets say an artist does get noticed through online portals, and get the thousands of hits, they still need traditional promotion and marketing. They need tour schedules and agreements put in place. Negotiation with record companies for large scale distribution still need to be arranged. Legal contracts, merchandising, tour management, and Radio and TV plugging with the established media companies. Access All Music has an unrivaled track record in providing sound representation.

Access All Music is a music company of this ‘new age’. We have the experience of representing the top names in the music business. But we also have expertise in online marketing and Social network optimisation. Old school meets new if you like. So who is our team?
